We follow a three level quality check to make our manufacturing process better.
* First quality check is done while procuring raw material.
* Second quality check is done after processing the material on machines & before hand jobs are done.
* Third and final check is done before packing.

We were first in India to introduce sharp edge free technique in kitchen racks. Before this technique people used to manufacture this product with portable manual machines, due to which there were very sharp edges (like blade) in this product. In general day to day work usually people get injured while using these racks.
We moved on from manual work & mechanised most of the machine work with very deep & nearly 2 years ongoing research.
And now all products, that we manufacture, are safe to use & gives a very good looks to the walls.
